Here’s a unique customer win-back tactic from Bonobos.
I returned something (so long ago I can’t remember what it was), and they sent this little kit that came with a note and a 30% off gift card.
It’s interesting to see various things brands do this time of year to win back customers.
If you’re looking for a quick digital approach to something like this, you could, for example, create a list of customers that have purchased (or spent) X times but have not purchased within Y number of days. You could email them a text-only note along with an offer.
Getting customers is hard, so when you have them, it’s a great idea to do what you can to get them back in your active customer base when they go inactive. Because that’s what I assume Bonbos is doing here.
