TikTok Ad Examples Show it’s Not as Hard as You Think

This post highlights TikTok ad examples in an effort to show you that your videos don’t have to be overly complex or expensive.

One of the top reasons brands don’t do digital advertising on platforms such as YouTube or TikTok ads is lack of creative. They sit back and watch what competitors or other brands may be doing and almost become paralyzed with the thought of creating content.

If that’s you, stop it. It just doesn’t have to be that complicated.

We are going to share three videos below that are TikTok ad examples. The first one has higher production value and is NOT the focal point of this post. Video two and three is what we want you to pay attention to.

This Vuori video ad is an example of a more produced video. The brand has simply taken some product photography and b-roll to put together a short video.

But again, if you don’t have the video you’re probably thinking, “we can’t make something that looks that good.

Remember, the first two videos aren’t the focal point.

Disco has flooded TikTok with ads. Of the ads we’ve seen from them thus far this one seems to be the most produced based on various scenes and transitions. It’s highly likely that a 22 year old with a computer could easily put this together for you.

Another Disco example here. This one is more raw than the last and more typical for the ads they’ve put out thus far.

The footage is raw and there’s nothing high-budget about it.

Disco has another video that literally features a guy in a car showing the product and quickly mentioning what it does. It’s an extremely simple low-grade video that virtually any brand could produce.

TikTok ad’s don’t have to be complicated. If your “brand guidelines” are getting in the way, it’s likely time that you revisit what can and can’t be done and, frankly, don’t take things quite so seriously.
